Anemia is caused when there is no adequate production of the red blood cells or when the hemoglobin is not supplying adequate oxygen to the body. The condition can make one feel tired and fatigued.

• Black sesame seeds – Black sesame seeds help increase iron intake. Soak the seeds in water for a few hours and grind it into a paste. Have this paste with a teaspoon of honey daily.

• Almonds – Soak 3 almonds overnight and eat it in the next morning for at least two months to fight weakness.
