2.      Take 4 to 5 cardamom, crush it and boil it in half litter of water. Filter and drink it warm
3.      Take 5 to 6 Thulsi leaves, crush it and boil in half liter water and drink the filtered warm water
4.      If possible chew a clove once or twice in a day
5.      Take 1 spoon of honey before going to bed or mix honey with a glass of water and drink this soothes body and digestive system
