3 Simple Yoga Postures for Desk Dwellers

1. Neck Rotation:


 it is a simple and relaxing activity to calm your neck and shoulders and release the strain. Sit upright and put your chin down first. Now rotate your head by bringing the right ear to the right shoulder, moving to and back and then slowly to the left side. Repeat this 3-5 times and then change directions.

2. Eagle arms: 


stretch your arms straight parallel to the floor and inhale and exhale bringing your head back and forth. 

3. Cow Stretch:


 Keep your feet on the floor and bring both hands to your knees. Inhale by stretching your back in the backward direction and look up. Exhale by stretching your back in the forward direction, and drop your head downwards. Repeat this at least 3 to 5 times.
